How does therapy work?

Most psychological harm is created in relationships - or in the loss of them.

That harm has the potential to be healed in the honest, caring relational space that therapy can provide.

Gestalt Therapy?

''The whole is more than the sum of its parts'' is the classic definition of a Gestalt.

A human being is also a Gestalt.

Gestaltists believe that we are driven to give meaning to our experience and complete what is "unresolved'' in us.

In therapy you can be open and honest about what has happened to you; feel authentic emotion and own your experience as never before.
